Our Mission
At Assisted Home Health Care, our mission is to support the elderly and those with mental and physical disabilities by providing a range of high quality health and home services. Whether it’s providing PCA services to seniors, or 245D Waiver services to individuals with disabilities, we support our clients in leading rich, fulfilling, independent lives whilst remaining active members of their communities.
